PROGRAMS
At Bob’s Garage, our programs are designed to create connection, build confidence and provide practical support for everyday life. We understand that everyone’s journey looks different — sometimes it starts with a coffee, a conversation around the firepit, a walk with other blokes or simply taking the first step through the door. Through programs like Pit Stop Men’s Circles, Harness and future initiatives, we provide opportunities for men to connect, learn new skills, strengthen relationships and access support in a way that feels comfortable and real.
Whether you’re looking for connection, support, personal growth, or just somewhere to start – there’s a place for you at Bob’s Garage.

pit Stop Men’s Circle
Real conversations. Real Connection. Real Support.
Pit Stop Circles have been designed to create a relaxed and welcoming space where men can connect, share and support each other through everyday life challenges. Built around the simple idea that sometimes a conversation can make all the difference, Pit Stop provides an opportunity to take time out, have a feed, meet other blokes and talk about the things that matter — from work pressures and relationships through to family, stress, finances and life’s ups and downs.
There is no pressure to share and no judgement — you can join the conversation or simply sit back, listen and take it all in. By building stronger connections and normalising conversations earlier, Pit Stop helps support healthier individuals, stronger families and a more connected community.

Harness
supporting people beyond the workplace
The Harness program has been designed to support business in creating stronger, healthier and more connected workplaces by empowering their people with the tools, knowledge and confidence to navigate life’s challenges. Through practical conversations, toolbox talks and tailored workplace sessions, Harness helps to normalise asking for support, strengthens communication and connects workers with the services available within their community. By investing in the wellbeing of your workforce, businesses can create positive impacts that extend beyond the workplace – supporting individuals, partners, families and the wider community.
Whether it’s managing stress, improving relationships, supporting a mate or simply knowing where to turn when life gets challenging – Harness helps start the conversation.
